These Terms apply in addition to any Service Agreement and, in the event of a conflict, the Service Agreement shall take precedence in respect of the specific services.
4.2 Enquiries and Quotations
Submitting an enquiry through our Website or receiving a quotation from us does not constitute a binding contract. A contract for services will only exist when a Service Agreement has been signed by both parties, or when we have confirmed acceptance of an order in writing.
4.3 Regulatory Compliance
All security services are provided in accordance with the requirements of the Security Industry Authority (SIA) and all applicable UK legislation, including the Private Security Industry Act 2001. All personnel deployed by Crestwatch Security Ltd hold valid SIA licences appropriate to their role and are vetted in accordance with BS 7858.
4.4 Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, subject to any obligations under an applicable Service Agreement. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to services where possible.
5. Client Obligations
Where you engage our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for us to carry out the services, including access arrangements, site information, and emergency contact details.
- Ensure that our personnel have safe and lawful access to the premises and any areas required for the performance of the services.
- Comply with all reasonable instructions of our operations management team in respect of security operations.
- Notify us promptly of any changes to site conditions, risk levels, or other information that may affect the provision of services.
- Pay all invoices in accordance with the payment terms set out in the Service Agreement.
- Ensure that any information shared with us, including personal data of employees or visitors, is shared lawfully and in compliance with applicable data protection legislation.
6. Fees and Payment
All fees for services are set out in the applicable Service Agreement or quotation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
- We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- We reserve the right to suspend services where invoices remain unpaid beyond their due date, subject to providing written notice.
- All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be applied at the current applicable rate.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Crestwatch Security Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by United Kingdom and international intellectual property laws.

We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of such circumstances and take all reasonable steps to minimise the impact.
